The Engage Everyday Faith volunteer training module will equip your leaders to help kids and teenagers develop an everyday faith by practicing the four faith skills: hearing from God, talking about God, praying to God, and living for God.
Each of our Orange Volunteer Training kits is designed to kick-start a conversation each month with your volunteers on one topic of leadership and how it might play out in the context of YOUR church and THEIR unique group of kids or teenagers. Each monthly kit can be used to train volunteers in-person or digitally and includes:
– One printable Leader’s Guide (PDF) that describes how to lead this training and offers additional resources.
– One printable Volunteer Meeting Guide (PDF) that outlines the training agenda, including icebreakers and discussion questions.
– One Training video (.mp4) that will average 12 – 15 minutes in length.
